Graham is an experienced entrepreneur who is a professional in H&S, environmental issues and Fire Safety within the built environment. He co-developed a wetting agent to tackle and reduce the risk presented by lithium batteries. As a result of this research we have identified other uses for the core ingredients of our product. These uses include using it to encapsulate flammable atmospheres and to encapsulate and clean up oil spills. He is also a trained doctor working for Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in safety whilst working on the oil rigs.
Graham has acted as an Expert Witness in court in relation to fire safety issues and other fire related legislation providing reports and Scott schedules with other experts.
Recognised as a fire expert by news outlets following the tragedy of Grenfell Tower fire, he presented live on the BBC, Sky, CNN, ITV channel 4, 5 and on most BBC live radio broadcasts around the UK. He has also been, widely reported in print and online. He advised Sir Ken Knight on the UK Governments Grenfell Tower rapid action group, and worked with the MHCLG in response to The Hackitt report, with Working Group 4 looking into the competency of fire risk assessors and developed a framework to assess competency

Jon has 15 years of experience in R&D chemistry in two broad formulation-based sectors,primarily in firefighting chemistry and fire safety devices; 9 of those years were spent in Firefighting Product Formulation and Design, first as a development Chemist for Angus Fire, then as a consultant for Auxquimia / Perimeter solutions. He has extensive experience setting up production and quality facilities in the UK and US.
Jon has worked with LASTfire, ICAO, EN 1568 parts 3+4, EN 3 and UL when developing and approving products. He is one of a handful of chemists globally with technical knowledge in firefighting chemistry and commercial production. His contacts within industry, the Government and academia mean he is in a unique position to identify new disruptive products, adjacent activities and sectors.
Jon's recent work on PFAS has extended to contributing AFFF chemical expertise to the steering committee for Cleaner Bentham – aligned with the Chem Trust and Friends of the Earth - to support changes to UK law on PFAS. His advisory work for the government on PFAS disposal and remediation strategies has included a submission to the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology regarding the need for timely and cost effective action to mitigate current and ongoing PFAS contamination, as well as being invited to participate in a round-table on PFAS remediation alongside academics, innovators and industry representatives to provide cohesive and coherent strategy recommendations to inform Peers and MPs.

Roger is a qualified General Counsel, senior Executive and board member who started his career at the City law firm Reed Smith. He has over 25 years of corporate law, regulator, international strategic deal making and commercial experience. He was previously worldwide International General Counsel at Paramount Global from 2007 to 2016. He has led numerous M&A, distribution and joint venture negotiations across international.
After leaving Paramount Global Roger was worldwide Head of Business Affairs for Simon Cowell’s Syco Entertainment in 2016/17 and between 2017/18 he helped set up WPP/GroupM’s new Addressable TV company – Finecast. He was Chief Commercial Officer & General Counsel for the PRS between 2019/2020 responsible for over £750m of revenue.
He is currently a board member of i-Probono an international legal pro-bono charity and he guest lectures at King's College London.

Thomas Machin

Tom, the Principal Chemical Engineer at 2Encapsulate Ltd., is a Chemical Engineer with almost 10 years’ experience working closely with multinational FMCG manufacturers. Tom has an MEng in Chemical Engineering (2015) and an Engineering Doctorate (EngD), 2020, from the University of Birmingham.
Tom obtained Chartered Engineer status from the Institute of Chemical Engineers (MIChemE) and the Engineering Council, UK (CEng), in 2022. His doctoral studies resulted in the development of a pioneering inline rheology technology, leading to the founding of Stream Sensing Ltd, in 2020. At Stream Sensing Ltd., Tom held the role of Principal Engineer, overseeing the development, scale-up and industrialisation of the technology.
Tom subsequently joined 2Encapsulate Ltd., in 2025.
